Really appreciate Chad helping me with my search on a home! He answered all my questions and got me in touch with a lender who moved just as fast as I needed them too. I would not recommend D.R. Horton based on my experience as a homeowner. I purchased my home (Cantarra Meadows subdivision) in 2021, and within the first year, I began noticing clear signs of foundation issues (e.g., cracked walls, doors not closing properly, and other structural concerns).
