Don’t bother Go with Lennar or a better homebuilder! As soon as we moved in, literally day one, the heater went out. They didn’t even bother to check those things before they put us into our new home. And day two they said you have to go online and put in a work ticket. And with the heater out it was 30° outside., They did not even care that we froze during the night!!!
