Please do not live in a D. R. Horton home!! The running jokes of this place are a reality. Thank the Lord above we are only renters of their properties, but I don’t know a thing about building homes, but I can tell this is horribly built. Door handles are falling off and paint that hasn’t been touched is chipping off after being the first to live in the home under a month. Our breaker broke only a couple weeks in. BUYERS BEWARE Completely incompetent at anything but lying to and taking advantage of homeowners and our community. Anyone working for this company must have zero conscience or morals. Shame on you all.
They will lie straight to your face about serval aspects of your home and community. If you buy in an HOA use extra caution because they set our HOA up for failure.
Avoid buying from this builder if you an easy purchase and quality build. Many quality issues after purchase that didn’t get fixed or took a long time to get fixed,
