I'm extremely disappointed in my decision to buy a home from D.R. horton. The quality is the cheapest materials and contractors you can get. It doesn't feel like a home.It just feels like a box that slowly falling apart. My home isn't even 2 years old. Paint is chipping, Cabinets are falling apart mold in the bathroom. The interest rate that they offer you is not worth it. I own a DR Horton house, and I live in 3 Creeks. I am appalled at the trash and disregard their workers and subs have for our community. It’s gotten so bad, it’s always been bad, but now it’s the front of our neighborhood. It’s embarrassing and it’s lowering our property values. Shame on you for thinking so little of your own customers that you’d hire trashy workers who treat our beautiful natural neighborhood like a frat house.
