Saw Dr. Hopkins and her staff just this past week. It was a very positive experience in all aspects...personal care; information and cleanliness of the office space. Dr. H know her eye care and is very proficient at explaining things to patients. Sandra H.--Notl clinic patient
Dr. Hopkins isn't just professional, but she has a very human side. Dr. gives you the time and discusses any questions one may have. She is very attentive. The staff have always been polite and friendly. It is a pleasure to go to Dr. Hopkins & Associates.
Dr. Chris is very thorough and patient. I am 70 yesrs old and have had several Opticians over the last 45 years. He is by fat the best Optician i have ever been too. Also Shawn was terrific and very knowledgeable in helping me with selecting my glasses. Highly recommend!!!!
Dr. Hopkins was a nice clean office and well I was setting there for a short time, I saw many customer taken care of with a smile. Great Atmosphere and Dr. Hopkins knows her stuff, I got the most detailed look at my eyes and great explanations. Would highly recommend.
I was fortunate enough to have my eyes tested by Dr Hopkins recently. Her reputation preceded the appointment! She was wonderful generous open clear and very professional! She answered questions, she gave me guidance, and was extraordinarily positive and forward-thinking. I left feeling positive about my eyesight, completely opposite to how I had entered her office earlier! I cannot thank her enough and give her the highest recommendation! We are so lucky to have her in our area!
