Dr Cromer has been taking care of my mental health needs for a decade now. I have never been let down or unable to get information or help. I'm very happy to have been referred to her when I needed a Dr of her specialty. Her warm and gentle personality serves me well and I feel understood and important as a patient.We have been telehealth since Covid and I am very comfortable with it. I have been a patient of Dr. Cromer for two decades. She has managed my issues and generally cares about her patients. She is amazing and highly recommended!
Not a caring Doctor. Office staff to busy to show any time for you. Two appointments was all it took to know this wasn't the place for me.

Worst "doctor" ever. My wife had been a patient for several years with no real help. This lady is just a pill pusher and makes no effort to listen or treat her illness. She offers poor advise and should not be practicing medicine.
Dr. Cromer has been completely respectful regarding my wariness of medication (i.e. she doesn't push and takes my concerns seriously). She is very frank when giving input, and isn't condescending in the least. She is also VERY prompt; I never wait more than 5 minutes to see her. The short wait is because she also expects promptness in return, and you will have to reschedule if you are late AT ALL. This is for everyone's benefit, so she can spend a full appt. with each patient w/out being rushed.
Absolutely horrible!!!! You can't talk to a real person if your a new patient until they call you. They have a week to call you & they take a week to call you. I requested Dr. Cromer due to good reviews online. Had to wait another week to see if she would accept me. Turns out she wouldn't & they wouldn't give me a reason why. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude, unprofessional, & completely worthless. Will pass on to all my coworkers at a busy hospital never to come here.
Hope Cromer is wonderful - extremely knowledgeable, understands how various medications work together to produce desired results, has a good sense of humor and doesn't have a judgmental bone in her body. She always runs on time (or even a few minutes early), stays as long as you need, whether that is 5 minutes or 25; she is willing to deal with insurance companies (including the horrible online 90-day mail order ones); and basically I can't think of a single negative thing to say about her. This office never returns phone calls, I called for over a month trying to get an appointment. Seems that they are never open and or check their voicemail.
