Dr. Taylor, Ms. Catherine, and Ms. Tina were absolutely wonderful with my 6 year old son. He needed multiple procedures done at one time. They always explained what they were doing in kid friendly terms. They treated him with respect and constantly praised him for being so brave, because he was truly scared and anxious. They gave him plenty of breaks and made sure his nitrous oxide was working at all times. Dr. Hope M Taylor, DDS is the very best dentist my family and I have ever been to. She has two offices. One in Hammond, one in Madisonville. We have been to both and they are both really nice. The entire staff is accommodating and wonderful. When I call, I am never placed on long holds and they work to get my questions answered promptly. If you have an urgent issue they will work to get you in as soon as possible. Dr Taylor is very gentle and kind. She has never hurt me during procedures and even offered breaks if I needed. ... read more
