I had my appointment with Dr. Choi today, and my experience could not have been more positive. She is warm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and she took the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. The office is beautiful and welcoming, which made the visit even more pleasant. In just one appointment, she went above and beyond and made me feel genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful to have found such an empathetic and dedicated provider. Thank you, Dr. Choi!

I had an appointment with Dr. Choi that I made in April and I could not be seen until November. I arrive in November and my appointment is not in their system, and they made no accommodations for an apparent lapse in their system or staff. Then offered me an appointment in February. It is ridiculous. I urgently needed to see someone in April. I’ve had surgery and my prediabetes is still unmanaged. I can’t think of a worst doctor I’ve been to. She suggested that I use a glucose monitor that utilizes a sensor applied to my skin and then live readings are shown on my phone. She said there was no cost for the trial. I confirmed that very clearly that there was no cost and she agreed. It was a helpful device but my insurance wouldn’t cover it as an ongoing cost. Whoever I spoke to on the phone with while setting up my consultation was SO RUDE that within the same phone call I just told her to cancel it. She kept trying to talk over me when I was giving information and it sounded like she had no intentions of helping me from the moment I got transferred to her. This is a vulnerable appointment set up and it would be nice to not feel judged or have bad energy when just giving your information to the front desk lady.
