Had my first appointment with Dr Choi today. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr Choi was also amazing. She really took the time to get to know me and assure all my questions were answered before leaving my appointment.
I had my appointment with Dr. Choi today, and my experience could not have been more positive. She is warm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and she took the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. The office is beautiful and welcoming, which made the visit even more pleasant. In just one appointment, she went above and beyond and made me feel genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful to have found such an empathetic and dedicated provider. Thank you, Dr. Choi!
I had an appointment with Dr. Choi that I made in April and I could not be seen until November. I arrive in November and my appointment is not in their system, and they made no accommodations for an apparent lapse in their system or staff. Then offered me an appointment in February. It is ridiculous. I urgently needed to see someone in April. I’ve had surgery and my prediabetes is still unmanaged. I can’t think of a worst doctor I’ve been to. She suggested that I use a glucose monitor that utilizes a sensor applied to my skin and then live readings are shown on my phone. She said there was no cost for the trial. I confirmed that very clearly that there was no cost and she agreed. It was a helpful device but my insurance wouldn’t cover it as an ongoing cost.
