The Doctor seems very good based on her accomplishments and reviews. I was in the same exact boat as Sonya. Also, I had difficulty getting called back and the person on the phone always seemed so frustrated with something-maybe it’s me, maybe it’s an overworked and understaffed front desk, maybe they need appointments in the door? I don’t know, they didn’t say. I had my very first visit today and it went excellent. I’m a little apprehensive when meeting a new doctor but I was blown away with the kindness and efforts I received. I look forward to creating an amazing relationship with everyone in the office.
Let me start by saying that I have been a patient at this clinic for the past two years to manage my thyroid condition. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the service I have received, as it has not been professional at all. The clinic closes for lunch and often reopens late, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, it is challenging to track down staff to receive my results, which is frustrating.
