Dr Richer is fine BUT his staff is HORRIBLE & RUDE. Charge you for OV BUT you NEVER SEE the Dr.. Good Doctor, abysmal office staff. Almost lost vision because of ridiculous wait time for an appt. (was an emergency).
Good Doctor, abysmal office staff. Almost lost vision because of ridiculous wait time for an appt. (was an emergency).
Love the Dr. and would stay with him EXCEPT each visit is over 2 hours.
I saw Richer for cataract surgery in my right eye in 2010 and again for cataract surgery in my left in 2011. In both instances vision in the eye to be operated on was being lost. I chose monovision with a distance lens implant in one eye and a close up in the other. I also wished to opt out of the customary general anesthesia prior to the procedure. He was absolutely terrific, the surgery went smooth and my vision never better. 5 years later, I still couldn't be happier with him as a doctor.
Great experience. Quick service. Thank you for relieving me of the purlin in my eye.
