My clinic visit was deeply unsatisfactory. I experienced an almost two-hour delay past my scheduled time, followed by a physician interaction that felt rushed and unsupportive. Furthermore, the practice of charging for personal medical records is concerning. I will NO LONGER return this practice.
Dr. Aziz is very good and professional, but the OBGYN administration team and front desk staff are disrespectful, and they are not supporting patients.
Dr. Aziz is amazing. She is kind and explains everything. She took care of my pregnancy and now I continue to see her for my annual women’s wellness exams.
Was very dissatisfied with my service I have been hemorrhaging for 17days and was told to do an ultrasound. However the sonographer wouldn’t be in til later this week. I expressed my concern of wanting a STAT order as my BP is now high because I’m sure my heart is pumping harder since I’m losing blood, I feel super tired and cold so I asked to have STAT imaging done at Advance Radiology and was declined the order and told they would only do it in house but there’s no one there to do it.
