I called them and ended up leaving a message asking for dental treatment. After a few days, they started texting me and asking when I had my last dental exam. After I texting back my info, telling them I had it done earlier this year along with partial wisdom teeth removal, they started poking on why I had partial wisdom tooth removal, and when I had my last dental exam again, and surprised at I never had dental cleaning. It felt like talking to a impolite and nosy bot.
Dr Xu speaks Chinese and English
I have gone to Dr. Xu for several years. She is thorough and a caring dentist. Yes, she does it all herself, but she is an excellent dentist.
