Let office and didn't have me transfer records now she's no ware to be found.
Dr. Lernhardt closed her practice, this Dr....Dr. Holly Leeds took over Dr. Herndarts practice. I called, spoke to this new Drs. receptionist, tried explaining to her what I needed.....I was cut off each and every sentence. what I did get from this young person rudeness. She kept repeating "What do you need" over and over again...I have NOT had a chance to have one visit with this Dr. Holly Leeds, I do not believe she knows how her front desk office is ran!!!!
Holly Leeds is a walking nightmare of a person,much less a Dr. Completely unprofessional, had her own agenda. She's narssasistic and thinks nothing of taking a very sick person down to their knees! Emotionally attacking,accusing. The AMA is going to be notified.
Dr. Leeds has been my doctor over 5 years. She isn't your typical doctor. I really like her. She listens and asks about my family. It is like talking with someone that really cares about you. I moved to another town and drive all the way to Auburn because I want her as my doctor. My insurance changed and they assigned me a doctor a few minutes away from my house and I protested it they let me keep her. Her staff are all so friendly and down to earth. I have recommended her to friends and neighbors a few times.
