Went in to get glasses adjusted today, left having made them worse. 2 people trying to convince me they're even. Now I have to waste my time and go to another location to get them fixed tomorrow. After this set- I'm done with Dr. Holbert offices entirely. For context- I was upsold the most expensive blue coating- that was the worst- any scuff or smudge visible- that couldn't be removed. I have had a really nice experience at Dr. Holbert & Assosiates at Valley Fair. Sheetal has been great in helping me during the purchase of frames / lenses, and guiding me in the upkeep / adjustment of my frames. Would highly recommend.

I had a really good experience at Dr. Holbert & Associates, Optometrists. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made everything easy and stress-free. I especially want to give a shoutout to Vivian, the optometrist who helped me. She was so kind and took the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great eye care with kind people.
