Dr. Ando is amazing. She is very thorough in her exams. The office is nice and is equipped with the latest technology. My husband and I also want to especially thank Sheetal who has helped us pick out frames not just this time, but many times over the years. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for what looks good— We always end up with frames we love. We definitely would recommend!
This company is unprofessional, not trust-worthy and incompetent. Do not go here for any eye-glass work. Save yourself a headache and wasted money.
The staff was kind enough to fix my glasses!!! Amazing service
Avoid coming to this store!!!!! It will take forever to get your glasses. I ordered two expensive eye glasses one month ago and they said that it will take about two weeks. Two weeks later, I called they said there are some issue with the lens by the lab and it will take another week. Understood that. Then one week later, they said it will take another week. Fine. And then one week later I called, still need two weeks. I asked for an acceleration at least on the shipping considering so much delays, but then they refused.
