Dr. Trinh is very competent and nice. Overall a pleasant office and good selection of frames.
Went to have lenses made for my frames. Staff is rude. The lenses they made were extremely thick. On approaching them afterwards with this issue, they said that I had refused the thinner lenses because it was too expensive. Of course this never happened, they simply forgot to ask me. As a customer, I have very little idea of all the varieties of lenses, and it is their responsibility to explain all the options available to me.
