Just went to have my initial appointment with them today and they are fully booked. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and they sent me an appointment reminder but today, apparently, I’m not on their schedule and they couldn’t accommodate me. All they said was a useless apology. It’s hard for me to take time off! It was very unprofessional on their part to offer an appointment and then not honor that. I don’t know if it’s a glitch in their system and I was an anomaly but has anyone else experienced this?
The doctor is very methodical and thorough in answering any questions. Some tips she given helped me too keep my vision from deteriorating.
I started coming here over 4 years ago and haven't gone to another optometrist since. I love this place.
The eye doctors and staff are super great and incredibly attentive. Highly recommend coming here.
