I get my annual eye exam with Dr. Cristina Trinh and she's friendly, fast, and efficient. The staff at the Sunnyvale location are friendly as well. The only downside is once you get your prescription glasses or sunglasses, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unlike major chains like LenCrafters which offers a 30-day return policy. I bought a pair of prescription glasses a couple years ago and the lens came back thicker than expected, but I couldn't return or exchange them.
I have been with Dr. Trinh in Sunnyvale (and before her Dr. Holbert for roughly 3 decades. I have had annual exams for glasses & contacts along with treatment & referrals for other eye issues. I have always been treated with expert care as well as being educated on the care of my eyes. When I moved away for a few years I still came back for my exams. I have complete trust in Dr. Trinh.
The dr is not too bad but the front desk staff is pathetic and rude and unhelpful
Staffs provided different information for my insurance allowance. They called me after working hours to place an order, and saying my credit card doesn’t work(which worked well when I paid for eye exam in their store) . They refused to try my another card saying because they’re closed. Excuse me, then How come you call me when you are closed? They asked me to call their another locations to replace the order, without any communication. I called and have to tell my whole info again, but the staff said unable to find any insur... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Trinh for 9+ years now. She is amazing! Overall excellent service & hassle free scheduling. Would highly recommend her and her team.
