Had a great experience at my annual eye exam! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor was thorough and took time to explain everything clearly. The whole visit felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Not necessarily the most personable bunch of people, the desk staff are pretty rude and unprofessional. Turnaround time and communication isn’t the best either. However, Dr. Trinh is great - kind, & super knowledgeable. Despite that, I will be looking elsewhere for an optometrist just due to how subpar everything else is.
Appointment on time, perfectly professional staff, everything explained clearly. Would recommend.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. They have a new machine that does not require pupil dilation fluid, which is great. Nice selection of frames and sunglasses.
