Terrible bedside manner. Literally used the words “you people” at my appointment.
So going threw a situation with my fiancé has two insurance. A primary with her job and secondary with the state. So the office doesn’t expected the secondary so she paid the copays every time she when not a problem. So when it came down to about to get her back surgery she was going to pay the 20 percent co pay because like I said they didn’t take the secondary insurance because it was with the state of New Jersey.
