I think one of the reviews is not fair to Mrs. Lam. I would like to share my own experience with her. I remember once my tooth was very painful and required a root canal treatment. However the appointments were fully booked and l was booked three weeks after. Mrs. Lam helped to call and ask other customers to do me a favour and by doing that she gave me a much earlier appointment that really helped to relieve my pain. This review is for his wife who is working there as part time receptionist. Extremely rude and incompetent. It used to be much better when hygienist, Joyce, was working full time at the front.
