Found the practice very welcoming
The only negative I have is ? Trying to get a copy of one of my tests results from the office was fruitless ! I left , so far about four messages and not a single reply to date ! I plan to take this up with them on my next visit and if they can’t promise to fix this ! I will go somewhere else for treatment ! I suggest if anyone goes here to address this on your first visit ! So you will know that when you call they will help you properly or just leave and see another Doctor ! LR
Sits down and looks you in the eyes and explains everything. Interested in what's going on with you. His treatment plan worked very well for my husband. He also took care of my mother-in-law. She was 100 yrs old. Had patience and compassion with her. She loved him. She also loved his socks. When she needed to see him office staff always helped in fitting her in between appointments. Always on time
My time with Dr. Desai has been great
My Husband was 15 minutes late for an appt I know things happen we live an hour a way , he got stuck in traffic and was not sure what building or where in the building to go. once he arrived he was sent away. He was there for a PFT , He will not be back . My husband had to take a day off for this appointment it is not easy to get time off during the week. not happy . They could of taken him. Dr. Desai is friendly and on time.
Dr. Desai lacks compassion and understanding. His patients are nothing but a number to him. He is happy to toss them aside without hesitation. Overall a terrible experience. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human.
Dr Desai just as thorough during a telemedicine visit as an in-office.
