Dr. Aggarwal is a very professional and approachable physician with a very good staff. He is incredibly competent, knowledgeable and patient.
Everything was great from scheduling to the procedure! Dr Aggarwal was very professional and recovery was not bad at all!
Once you are in the doctor's office, there is good service; however, I have been trying to get a call back to reschedule an appointment, and it seems as if it is impossible. I have left 3 messages and still have not received a return phone call. I never get an answer from anyone when I call and have to leave a message. Once I decided to hold, it hung up on me. The doctors and nurses are outstanding, but I wish they would beef up the administrative portion.
Went for last follow up. Receptionist was very blunt and frustrated about finding charts. Told me to have a seat bluntly. Then called me back to window stated I had a $50 copay I asked could they bill. She stated no we have to have money up front before you see Dr. I said well fine guess I will go home. Dr’s offices have to understand that people live off of one check a month they budget their Monies and when they’re popped with an unplanned bill/payment it has to wait until they get paid the next month. I had a prolapse done with Aggarwal. I have had amazing results from this surgery. I am so thankful for him and his group.
