Dr. Wynn was the most unprofessional and disrespectful provider I have ever seen. She did not follow any procedural, ethical , state or federal guidelines and hindered my care knowingly. She tried to make me believe she was the only Doctor who could help with my traumatic brain injury. She was of no help whatsoever, she was only trying to keep me from seeing other physicians. When I finally did seek other treatment she suddenly quit her job and did not even finish her patients charts. Not good!
