Will never bring my children back to her or this facility at that! I had called for a referral so my son could get seen by ENT nothing ever got done so I had to make a appointmet. She always has to have the final word about everything and I’m always wrong about whatever it is I say. My daughter had fallen in the lobby and a medical assistant/cna/staff whatever she was ran out because she hit it pretty hard and they heard it. My son use to see Dr Rivera-Santiago, ever since he was about 2yrs old and here's now 7. In the beginning she was kind, patient, understanding..... She wouldn't rush us out. He's had several surgeries and procedures. He's got all kinds of allergies. And a speech delay. She would let me sit in the room and talk to her about everything and get an understanding.
