I was running late due to personal reasons and heavy traffic, but when I arrived, the staff was completely unhelpful and rude. Instead of trying to assist me or help reschedule, they just told me they couldn’t take me anymore with zero empathy. Things happen—traffic happens—but they showed no understanding or flexibility. I’ve never dealt with a place so unwilling to work with their patients. I wasted my time driving there for nothing. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Thank you so much Dr. Ruo AND your team for taking care of me the other day! I went into this dental office with some tooth discomfort and his team took great care of me and saved me a lot of money! Also, thank you so much Andrea for being very patient with me with all of my questions. I was very nervous switching dentists, but you really took the time to explain everything. Again, thank you so much and keep up the great work!
