We are a family oriented dental office located in the El Cajon area. We accept all dental insurance that allows you to go to the dentist of your choice, however we are contracted with Delta Dental (Premier), United Concordia, Aetna, Guardian, Health Net, Cigna, Geha, United Healthcare and Blue Shield. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable atmosphere during your treatment using the state of the art equipment. We look forward to meeting you, taking care of your dental needs and providing you with a beautiful smile.

Dr. Brant is a wonderful dentist. Very professional and always willing to take the extra time to answer any questions. He's also great with children.
Dr. Brant and his staff are AMAZING! I felt really comfortable from the moment I stepped in the office. Dr Brant explained my options and the procedure so that I had a clear understanding. Nancy went over the costs of my options and I did not feel swayed one way or another. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Brant and staff are friendly and professional. While going to the dentist is not my idea of fun, they do make it pleasant.
Dr. Brant and his skilled team have been treating me for years. The dedicated care, professionalism, state of the art technology, and friendliness can be experienced at his office! Several of my friends and colleagues have also made the switch and have remained loyal patients!
As always everybody very friendly and efficient. They work with you to get the most for your dollar or insurance coverage. Best part is that you actually get in at your scheduled appointment time unlike most Dr. visits.

Doctor Brant is a very experienced and caring dentist who uses the most up-to-date procedures. He recently retired from the United States Navy/Navy Reserve as a Captain. He has been in private practice for many years. I highly recommend him to family and friends.
