We are a family oriented dental office located in the El Cajon area. We accept all dental insurance that allows you to go to the dentist of your choice, however we are contracted with Delta Dental (Premier), United Concordia, Aetna, Guardian, Health Net, Cigna, Geha, United Healthcare and Blue Shield. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable atmosphere during your treatment using the state of the art equipment. We look forward to meeting you, taking care of your dental needs and providing you with a beautiful smile.

It is a personal thing, that's a Dentist. It has to do with what you need and what yoou want. I don't like to hurt, I like people who smile at my Jokes, I like my first name, then I am sure you know who I am, and I like to know I have had done to me what I am about to pay for.. I get all that when I walk In Dr. Brants door, it's a nice feeling.
Dr Brant and his office staff are so helpful. He has always squeezed us in if an emergency arises. They file insurance claims correctly, and timely. I can't say enough good stuff!
