We are a family oriented dental office located in the El Cajon area. We accept all dental insurance that allows you to go to the dentist of your choice, however we are contracted with Delta Dental (Premier), United Concordia, Aetna, Guardian, Health Net, Cigna, Geha, United Healthcare and Blue Shield. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable atmosphere during your treatment using the state of the art equipment. We look forward to meeting you, taking care of your dental needs and providing you with a beautiful smile.

I was VERY pleased with my experience of having Dr. Brant put in a filling (where an old one had fallen out. It was pain free, and all in all a good experience. This is the first one of these he has done for me, and I it was a pleasant experience. I have just changed Dentists, and I am thankful to now be seeing Dr. Brant!
Dr. Brant is very knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. He explains what is expected for a particular dental work, and patiently explains each step completely. Nancy his secretary/receptionist is very organized, friendly, and, very knowledgeable with dealing with insurance companies.

As a physician for 30 years I can say that dr. Brant is an extremely caring and gentle Dentist. In all my years I have never had such a thorough exam. He has an excellent bedside manner. His staff mimics his excellence in their treatment of every patient. The staff and the doctor are punctual and treat you as if you were his only patient! I used to dread going to the dentist , but since I’ve been going to Dr. Brant I don’t anymore ! He’s very gentle , kind and honest. His office staff is very nice ! Best office ever! Thank you Dr. Brant, Kayley , Nancy and staff 😊
