Zero stars. Arrogant, rude unkempt, seemingly sadistic, and mean spirited toward me. Im pretty sure he intentionally prescribed me a drug ( i told him makes me nauseous and he grinned) just so i couldnt get it for a very long time and then i would vomit from it. )Would not prescribe antiemetic). I have it on good information, multiple sources, that he knew it was on back order all around the area for over a month before i even saw him. The drug stores know him and his tactics.
