Worst doctor ever.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and their team. The office staff was warm, professional, and very organized. Dr. Patel has phenomenal bedside manners — attentive, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was how efficiently they handled my insurance. Within an hour, they communicated with the insurer and got my approval processed — something that usually takes days elsewhere. I Highly recommend!
I met Dr Patel when I was very sick in the hospital. He presented information about my condition in a very knowledgeable and caring way, even when it was tough to hear. I felt instant rapport with him. He followed me throughout my hospitalizations continuing to provide excellent care. If you have pulmonary issues, I recommend you see Dr Hetal Patel.
