Dr Herzlich provided exceptional care. She's welcoming, very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and explained everything in detail. Front office staff and medical asistant were also very good.
Great doctor! Her medical knowledge is impressive. She truly listens and I appreciate her genuine interest in my health and well being.
Dr Herzlich is a thoughtful and knowledgeable doctor. Her manner is friendly and she listens to the patient's concerns. I saw her for perimenopause issues, not fertility, so I can't speak to that, but I really appreciated that she took my symptoms seriously and helped me come up with a plan for treatment.
Dr. Herzlich was so welcoming and pleasant. She answered all my questions and understood my concerns. She took her time in explaining everything. The staff were wonderful as well!
I love my OBGYN at this clinic. However the office is totally unprofessional. I was on hold for over 30 min. Someone briefly asked what I was calling about then put me back on hold. After 30 min the line dropped. What the hell. We’re already stress out with fertility issues and don’t need this extra crap on top.
