The office manager is rude. She was very disrespectful told me I could hear well. When I got hearing loss situation and it was written on my paperwork. She called me early this morning asking me to come earlier. I drove 1.5 hours. I show up at appt early, and tells me I have to pay cash or zelle. This wasn't disclosed to me, and she said that if I didnt pay I wasnt going to be seen.
