I met Dr Chang while I was in hospital. When I had my follow up out of hospital, I discussed another problem I had. He treated that along with my original problem. Then, when I went for my next follow up, I had an infection from my cat biting me, that vicious monster in my profile pic. He is treating that now also, at the same visit. No extra charge. That is amazing with healthcare these days! His office is great, good at explaining things and being sure the patient understands also.
