The Dr is good but his staff is horrible. It takes more than a week for them to even attempt to approve a prescription refill. Pho a call after phone call they kept moving the goalposts as to when it would get done. They simply didn’t even ask the doctor for a week. When I finally explained to them that I’m out of medication and that they were placing my health at risk they only gave me 30days refill, not the 90 days the doctor previously approved.
