I was disappointed to see the previous Review of one Star based on The fact that the Doctor did not introduce himself… with NO reference to the Doctor’s surgical skills! The review was incomplete so I am choosing to balance things out!
For your future encounters with patients prior to their surgery, please consider introducing yourself to the patient and their spouse. It’s referred to “as good bedside manner””. It’s also quite rude.
