Staff was rude & failed to do their job then lied about it & was told that Dr. Fojo said I had to reschedule after sitting there for 45 minutes while reception ate their ice cream. Receptionist lied about calling for authorization (I got a hold of them immediately and there was no record of her calling) and Office manager refused to talk to me. Horrible office. The Doctor Tom tried to shake hands with my ederly Father 92 and mother 86 during covid times without gloves.........the followup was terrible and waiting time on phone was over 30 minutes...the office staff was not friendly and seemed stressed
He is highly skilled and has a wealth of experience. He has a wonderful sense of humor that makes the small discomforts of treatment seem small. He sets the highest standard of excellence for himself and is down-to-earth, using good common sense. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
