The receptionist & staff will not help a prospective patient with insurance information. They will not help you figure out anything.
Dr. Harbert Chiu is very greedy dentist，not true to his words .He tricked my dental insurance into paying him more money，and took addition out of pocked fees from me that were supposed to be refunded，but he refuses to now.He is lack professional ethics.

Dr. Chiu is as great as his reviews say. I came here initially because I was new to Northern California, Him and his staff are extremely professional and kind. I have been recommending him to all my friends.
