Yikes! Yikes yikes! Ever since Dr. Rob left the level of service and wonderful customer service is completely gone. The manager needs to contact me NOW! I’m so tired of the run around with picking up glasses. It’s very frustrating to pay for a service or product and not get it and then come back 4 different times and still leave empty handed. I need to be contacted by the manager immediately.
Life-changing results after 10 years of dry eye suffering! I cannot recommend Total Vision and Dr. Edyta Klimek enough. I have suffered from red, itchy, and burning dry eyes for over 10 years. The staff members looks like having their mood swings. But not all of them. Overall experience, it not good. The doctor is also okay not great and not bad either. Was fine.
I’ve been going to this eye doctor for years, but unfortunately, the focus of their practice has shifted in a disappointing direction. Instead of prioritizing patient care, they seem more concerned with upselling expensive glasses and additional exams that aren’t necessary. They also don’t inform you about the lower-cost options covered by your insurance, instead defaulting to the highest rates available. I didn’t feel very welcomed here by the front staff, so I walked out and never scheduled an appointment. The first impression felt like I was a bother and interrupted their day. Customer service is a dying art, unfortunately. 😞
