I visited Dr. Yee’s office 5 times, and one time for testing my heart. The first 4 times I’ve been waiting for at least 1.5 hours. In the morning, they schduled about 50-60 patients. There are 4 assistents, they appeared very busy, when you go register, or asked a question, no one would make a respond, just like you are not there. Today I had an appontment at 1:30pm, I waited until 4:00pm, so I went up to ask "hiw long I should wait"? The receptionist told me just wait. Dr Yee has openings for emergency patients as I was. He is very caring and explains well what it is he is doing and about your illness. He arranged for some tests for me the next day at the hospital and even came over and supervised them to be sure they were accurate. His back room team is excellent too.
