Every time I call this office for any information from my sons chart the receptionist acts like she doesn’t understand what I’m asking for and I can hear the other receptionist in the background telling her no she’s just asking for the doctors name: like how is it so hard to give me the name of the cardiologist that saw my son! This is the worst office ever for someone who cares about what goes on record!!! I can’t wait to switch offices

bad customer service from the actual doctor , i love ivette she’s a good nurse and very helpful towards the patients. doctor don’t really care for patients
