Wait in office hours after your appointment. Wait 9 months and still won't release records to insurance. Won't answer the phone. Go ANYWHERE but here.
waited 4 hours to be seen.Its taken him 6 months to release my medical info to my insurance company. Very high staff turnover. He might not show up at the office until noon and works until midnight. He is very nice and thats why he got 2 stars.
Dr. Underwood has the upmost respect for his patience and family he cares about the well being of his patience mental and physical state. His primary focus is listening to your symptoms and to give you a diagnosis he relays on science such as testing.so if that means staying longer then usual then so be it, at least I will know what's wrong or what I need to do. I can assure you he doesn't just look at your shell, but if he did I guarantee you his professional opinion won't be far off from what is actually going on with you.... read more
