I have been seeing Dr. Khin now for a few years because I didn't have the resources to find another and I honestly don't know how he's still practicing. He'll ask me a question and then cut me off, and every time I try to tell him whats been going on in my life, he'll say "Okay, I'll keep your medication the same", Then he'll disconnect the call before I can say anything else. How can I explain what I need to to my Dr when he doesn't even listen?

I have been seeing Dr. Khin for the past 10 years. He has always been there for me and is an outstanding doctor. I fully recommend him!
Just had another appointment scheduled for today. And once again the people they outsource as admins to set your appointments cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Just great. That’s all I have to say. This is the worst customer service on planet earth. Get it together and learn to set your patients appointments right. It’s simple, this is the 3rd time this has happened.
