My husband didn't fill out the special needs form completely for our son, age 9. I believe it was the office manager Maribel Fraga, she told him you missed something, he asked what did I miss? She didn't say what he missed and he asked again. She then asked, "what's wrong with him?" At that moment my husband walked out with our son. Our son heard and was very upset. Referred by Dr. Jackson to get build ups done on two of my teeth to aid in my Orthodontia care. They did a horrible job! I was advised to go back to get the work redone to fix properly! Doctor was very upset. Less than 6 months both build ups fell off and Dr. Chu had me return a total of 4 times each time billing my insurance with the promise he would fix it. Never fixed it had to go elsewhere to get it my teeth fixed! Forced to Issue a partial refund as I told them I would file a formal complaint. Never returned the monies ... read more
I was referred to Dr. Chu for some specialized procedure. Very caring and compassionate dentist. Seems very knowledgeable. My primary dentist said he did "beautiful" work.
This place is adorable; everybody here are so kind. They are very sweet with special needs people. I will recommend it. Also for the kids there is a lovely doggy too!
