Two and a half hour wait with no apology or mention. Person who accompanied this patient to first appointment waited two hours. Doctor showed no compassion or understanding to the patient who has Alzheimer's. Cold and superior and almost nasty.

I have been going to Dr. Moreta for 20 years and find him to be a caring and understanding Dr., that listens to your complaints. He has done right by me and I have sent many of my friends to him.
Totally arrogant, no apology for a 2 hour wait. Reprimanded for not knowing that he always runs late. I suspect that he wasn't even in the building.

My only criticism relates to how long it takes to actually see the doctor. I have arrived 45 minutes earlier than my appointment time and didn't get to see the doctor until 50 minutes after my appointed time.
