We were told after the 2nd surgery go get a CT scan and see you in 2 weeks because we may need another surgery. 3 months later and we're still waiting to be seen. The office now says another 7 weeks before we can get in. This is ridiculous.
The PA was phenomenal. Unfortunately, it’s been months and still waiting for them to send/ approval and documentation to get my meds approved. First they told me the secretary was on vacation for a while... I guess she never came back. That she would follow-up with paper work, documentation to Araya to approve the medicine. I never a follow-up call/ returned phone call even when I left a message. I just got a large bill in the mail ( I was never explained out of pocket cost). Wrost experience ever with this clinic i wonder how they still on business they lack on Setting appointments This is the 3 time they schedule my dad and They make us wait hours on the lobby and they cancel Are appointment just like that They have no reason i spoked to managers and all they tell me is that They cant do anything cuz they dont make appointments
