Dr Doenlen is amazing. You’re never just another name on a chart. He remembers the big things and the little things. He’s helped me in ways he may never fully understand. I will be lost when he retires
kept things short and sweet, straight to the point, but also listened and observed. very intelligent man.
I was taken to see Dr Doenlen as a child. I felt awkward for the entirety of every visit and was never put at ease. I did not feel my confidentiality was respected when he would meet with my parents after sessions. He also minimized and invalidated my emotions. to this day I am not able to seek therapy as an adult because I cannot trust anyone in that position.

They do not work well with your insurance company. I hadn't filled out the survey for my insurance company for the year. A claim for 1/6/17 was denied. Day of visit I was told I had to pay $375.00 for past balance and today balance. Insurance Company called office to let them know claim would be paid in 7 - 14 days and todays visit. They still wanted everything up front. It took 3 months to get this appointment. I was prepared to make my co-payment like I have the pasted 6 months.
Dr. Doenlen is very knowledgeable though somewhat eccentric. I have great confidence in his diagnostic skills and his commitment to my child'support health.
