As an aging athlete, I was seeking alternative treatment for my arthritic knee. I've already had one knee replaced and was trying to avoid having cortisone shots and surgery on the other one. Dr H has helped me on multiple occasions over the years and I always recommend him to anyone in pain. First he alleviated hip pain that a traditional orthopedic Dr said could only be helped with cortisone. He then fixed my hand/arm when I was getting stabbing and burning pain after a move. And he helped my partner’s shoulder after months of little progress with sports medicine and pain meds. I’m just another person saying the same thing here: I was having debilitating hip pain. I had been to orthopedic care, myofascial release, massage, chiropractor, and I’d spent hundreds of dollars. Within two visits I was pain free and moving towards this hopefully never happening again. I’m eternally grateful and passing Dr H on to anyone who will listen.

Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I’ve been to about 5 doctors for the same issue and he is the first who seems to really know what’s going on and have a plan of care for me.
