Contacted doctor about a week ago to schedule an appointment and was asked to provide medical records when I told them that the medical records that I had were from five years ago and really had nothing to do with what I was going for, then made me wait while they verified my insurance, which I know they take because I contacted my insurance company, and then after making me wait over a week, then calls me up and tells me that the doctor will not prescribe me the amount of medication I’m on. dr. shah is AMAZING!! completely different from my first pain management Dr. His practice is clean and quiet and pleasant. Dr. Shah listens and helps. I trust him to keep my symptoms manageable. My previous practice was charging me a co-pay and 55$ extra for drug screenings almost monthly. Dr. Shah does not charge me extra for the drug screenings. His office waiting room is NEVER full. Called Monument office for new Patient appointment. Was denied appt because Dr does not know my husband. When I questioned this they hung up in my face! Who requests all medical records be sent to an office where they may or may not see me? Office staff was horrible! Monument location!
