My husband tried for over a year to get a CPAP machine through them. He is still waiting to hear from someone. This morning NONE of their phone numbers were working-all 5 lines where answered with "I'm sorry the business you are trying to reach is unavailable or no longer in service". I finally reached them by calling Chandler Regional Hospital and they connected me! My husband is going to driving to their office right now to demand they give him the prescription so we can get it filled. They sent the prescription to a compa... read more
Good and bad. The most important is the provider is very good. The one we have and like is Simon, and he's like an NP. He's sharp and yet compassionate and gets things done. * However * if you are heat sensitive, please note: there is not 1 iota of shaded parking. The trees are alluring but not tall enough to provide any actual shade. And all of the covered areas are for employees, none for patients.
