Dr. Atchuthan and her assistant put erroneous diagnoses on my chart and did not explain any of them to me beforehand; I had to find them online. She and her assistant put false information on my chart regarding what I said to the assistant and no one in her office would believe me or my family when we tried to correct them. This led to me spending about a week in excruciating pain from a tumor before anyone would respond to it appropriately.
