I consider myself lucky to have met Dr. Wu. Before I met Dr. Wu, I was receiving treatment at another ophthalmologist who told me to use steroid eye drops once an hour. My intraocular pressure soared to 38, and things were blurry and I could not see well, and I was almost at the point of glaucoma. Very Poor experience with Helen M Wu M.D. I have never had such a poor exam From an eye doctor! She did not address my eye infection with the information I gave nor did she even give any info on the condition of my eyes even though I had a full exam with dilation . She gave me an eye ointment and said that’s all I can do for you. I said I had been given this twice and the infection keeps returning. She said sorry that’s all I can do for you.
