Long waits and staff who seem idle. I waited over two hours past my appointment time only to receive a rushed and careless exam. It honestly felt like patients’ time means nothing here. Extremely disappointing. I wasn’t even going to leave a review at first, but after they called asking whether I had left a negative rating, I decided to leave this review. Unbelievable.
Nghĩ lại mà bực mình, lần nào đi khám cũng chỉ khám qua loa, mà đợi khám thì lâu, mỗi lần đi khám vào khám chưa đầy 2 phút đã xong rồi, không hiểu khám cái gì . Siêu âm thai chỉ biết là tim thai còn đập bé còn đạp thế thì siêu âm làm gì ? Mang bầu 38 tuần thai đạp hay không ai bầu chả biết cần gì phải đi siêu âm nữa . Lần nào cũng phải đợi lâu , hẹn thời gian sai lệch quá nhiều . Nên cho 0 sao mới đúng chứ 1 sao là quá cao so với chất lượng khám ở đây rồi. Sẽ đổi bác sĩ và phòng khám khác sau khi sinh. The ladies in front nurses and Dr are great
I've been seeing Helen Huynh since 2018. She isn't the best doc I've had nor the worst. I will say she seems kind and caring, when you can see her. Unfortunately, most times I book an appointment she's not there. I've only met her once or twice since then; the rest is handled by her office staff and nurse practitioners. Typically, the wait seems insane. Even if I show up early for an appointment, I end up sitting in the waiting room for at least 40 minutes.
